Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Lowanna Public School!
It is a privilege to be the Principal of Lowanna Public School, where every child is known, valued and cared for. As a small school, we are proud to provide a nurturing environment where every student is supported, challenged and encouraged to achieve their personal best.
Our students are active, curious learners who thrive in a school community that feels like family. Strong relationships between students, staff and families are at the heart of everything we do, creating a safe and welcoming place where children feel they belong.
Our dedicated teachers use evidence-informed teaching practices in literacy and numeracy, setting personalised learning goals that help every student make meaningful progress. Whether a child requires additional support or extension, we work closely with families to ensure each student has the opportunity to succeed.
While we may be a small school, we offer big opportunities. From leadership, sport and creative arts to hands-on learning, kitchen garden experiences and excursions, our students enjoy a rich and engaging education that inspires confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.
I invite you to visit Lowanna Public School and experience the difference a small school can make.
